American Credit Auditors, LLC guarantees performance of all services set forth in the agreement to achieve an accurate credit report on the client's behalf. American Credit Auditors, LLC comments about the possible and/or potential outcome of clients matter are based upon experience and prior success in these matters. Each case is unique. American Credit Auditors, LLC does not offer a refund once services have been provided, except as provided in notice of cancellation, or as provided in end of six month review, nor do we guarantee any particular result. When dealing with so many variables we cannot guarantee any exact outcome to a client's case. However, American Credit Auditors, LLC is confident enough to warranty our services to the client.

   Here's how the warranty works: the client agrees to do nothing to lower their credit scores. This includes, but is not limited to, not allowing companies to pull their credit, paying all their bills on time, not making a major purchase on credit (i.e., a new car or furniture), and not significantly increasing the balances on their credit cards or charge accounts of any kind.

   The client agrees to forward all correspondence from credit bureaus and creditors to American Credit Auditors, LLC in a timely manner. At the end of six (6) months, if the client has fully complied with all terms and conditions of the contract, and their credit profile has not improved, the service fee will be fully refunded
