| ANSWERS TO SOME COMMON QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR CREDIT PROBLEMS |
CREDIT RESTORATION-
Is It Illegal To Remove Negatives From Your Credit Report?
There are Federal Laws enabled by Congress that specifically state that every consumer is entitled to question, verify, and have derogatory information removed whenever such is inaccurate, outdated, unverifiable, or misleading. As is the case with many other laws in our nation, most consumers are not aware of their rights and do not have the time to study these laws.
Is It Really Possible To Repair Credit?
In a technical sense, no. For example, Federal and State laws prohibit us from saying that removal of all negatives can be guaranteed. Yet, by the same token, any information, no matter how accurate, which cannot be verified within a reasonable amount of time, according to law, cannot be included on your credit report. Our job is not to repair your credit, but to repair the reporting of your credit!
Why Are The Credit Bureaus So Paranoid About Credit Improvement?
Credit Bureaus sell their information for millions of dollars daily to institutions that rely on that service. Now think for a minute how it makes their business appear when the consumer shows them up and proves how wrong they can be! Not only does it make their business look foolish, it also diminishes the confidence in their service. Unfortunately, the three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian & TransUnion) have spent millions convincing the American public that bad credit cannot be deleted from an individual's credit report.
Once Negatives Are Investigated And Removed, Do They Come Back?
Negative information, once investigated and found unverifiable, outdated, misleading or inaccurate, may not reappear on your credit report, according to the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act)
What Happens With Bankruptcies, Repo's & Foreclosures?
These are considered negatives and derogatories just like late payments, though more severe in the amount of points deducted from your credit score. Quite often these items can also be removed.
Does Credit Restoration Jeopardize The Credit System?
At no time do we advocate the implementation of illegal procedures and/or suggest, "fooling" the system. However, we keep in mind how consumers can be hurt and prevented from obtaining credit and even a job because of inaccurate, outdated, misleading or unverifiable information.
Are Experian, Equifax & TransUnion Connected With The Government?
These are private companies and have absolutely no connection with our government. These, for profit companies, make the decision on how, what, and wherefore regarding consumer credit and reporting of same.
Why Does It Take So Long?
It takes time to establish good credit and it takes time to mess it up. Improvement must take place along legally established guidelines and certain procedural rules must be followed. There are no shortcuts!
Are There Any Items That Are Hard To Remove?
No. Any unverifiable, inaccurate, outdated or misleading item can be removed regardless of how long it has been reported!
What Do I Do With My Clean Credit?
After the credit bureaus conclude their investigations, a new copy of your updated and corrected credit report will be sent to your home address. Your credit report will still reflect your past good history, and therefore you should have relatively few problems. For those who must start fresh, there are simple procedures you can follow to begin establishing new credit. Remember, the most important thing you can do is to pay your accounts on time, over time. This will allow you to maximize your credit potential.
Do You Guarantee 100% Results?
No company can guarantee a particular outcome. We make no outrageous claims concerning 100% guarantees or any particular length of time it will take to complete your credit dispute. Remember, there is no "magic wand" to wave over your credit reports to make years of poor credit or inaccurate information disappear. You should be able to see measurable results within 90 - 120 days depending on the amount of negative items we are challenging for you. Results will depend upon your individual circumstances. We do, however, warranty our work. If we fail to change your credit positioning at all over a period of 1 year, we will gladly refund a portion of your service fee.
DEBT RESOLUTION-
What is "Debt Resolution"?
It is a legal method of reducing one's debt utilizing the services of specially trained licensed attorneys. Frequently achieving compensation for violations of the client's rights.
Who would best qualify for this program?
This program is for those who, through no fault of their own, have become victims of abusive and deceptive collection practices, loss of employment or identity theft.
Is this legal and why?
Non-payment is the oldest method of resolving collection problems, literally by thousands of years. Over the last hundred years, the collection system has advanced very much. Debt Resolution simply takes advantage of the same legal system to defend against the claims of the creditor. It is absolutely legal.
How does Debt Resolution compare with consolidation and bankruptcy?
It is private. Your credit rating remains intact or is restored. You choose which accounts to dispute and which to keep. Consolidation requires that all accounts be consolidated, reduces your credit rating with no chance of restoration. Most people pay a great deal of money in making payments to the consolidator, with the result that the accounts revert back to the original creditor and the balances returned or even more than when consolidation began. Bankruptcy is not private. It requires disclosure and liquidation of all assets and debts and ruins your credit history for a minimum of ten years.
How does the program work or what can I expect from it in the first year?
After your package is received, our Paralegal's go straight to work finding statutory violations committed by the creditors and collectors. The creditors/collectors are given a chance to make the requested corrections. If they do not, a lawsuit is filed in Federal Court on your behalf. You will not personally have to appear.
What will happen to my credit history?
You credit history will be cleared of these items.
Will I be sued?
A lawsuit is a possibility. However, if a creditor/collector attempts to sue while in this program, a lawsuit will immediately be filed against the creditor/collector in Federal Court. In the vast majority of the cases, the state court will not hear the case while it is pending in Federal Court.
What does the program include?

Identity Theft-
What is Identity Theft?
Identity theft or identity fraud (true name fraud) is the taking of the victim’s identity to obtain credit, credit cards from banks and retailers, steal money from the victim’s existing accounts, apply for loans, establish accounts with utility companies, rent an apartment, file bankruptcy or obtain a job using the victim’s name. The Impersonator steals thousands of dollars in the victim’s name without the victim even knowing about it for months or even years. Recently criminals have been using the victim’s identity to commit crimes ranging form traffic infractions to felonies.
How does the imposter take your identity?
It is easy. All that is needed is your social security number, your birth date and other identifying information such as your address and phone number and whatever else they can find out about you. With this information, and a false driver’s license with their own picture, they can begin the crime. They apply in person for instant credit, or through the mail by posing as you. They often provide an address of their own, claiming to have moved. Negligent credit grantors in their rush to issue credit do not verify information or addresses. So once the imposter opens the first account, they use this new account along with the other identifiers to add to their credibility. This facilitates the proliferation of the fraud. Now the thief is well on his/her way to getting rich and ruining your credit and good name.
